Incredible first-class service — they made our exploratory trip seamless!

If you are looking into Montenegro for investment or relocation, I cannot recommend CMM enough. They operate less like standard real estate agents and more like a high-end concierge service where absolutely everything is taken care of under one roof.

Our experience from start to finish was flawless:

Super Fast Turnaround: We reached out about a property online and had a comprehensive 1-hour video call with an account manager, within 48 hours. Two days later, He sent us a tailored list of 18 resale properties and over 10 off-plan options that matched our ideas and built upon it.

Perfect On-the-Ground Logistics: When we decided to fly out just three days later, they handled everything. They picked us up from the airport, put us up in a rental apartment in Bečići less than 5 mins walk from the beach, and even arranged a rental car to be dropped off at our door for the weekend.

Expert Property Scouting: We spent three intensive days with Igor, who was fantastic. He drove us across three different regions—Kotor, Budva/Bečići, and Bar—giving us a real feel for the local micro-markets.

Visiting their offices, we met a highly educated, professional, and multilingual team. CMM is a true one-stop shop. They don't just sell you a property; they handle the legal side, property management, lifestyle assistance, and eventual resales. They cater perfectly to everyone, from regular buyers to high-net-worth investors.

We came away from our first visit to Montenegro incredibly impressed by the country’s potential and deeply grateful to CMM for making the trip so efficient and stress-free.

We purchased a property in Montenegro through CMM, and the entire process was so smooth and professional that at first it almost seemed too good to be true.

Beforehand, I had heard many stories advising people to be extremely cautious when buying property in Montenegro, particularly due to illegally constructed buildings. Because of this, I questioned every step very carefully. However, CMM proved to be highly professional, transparent, and trustworthy throughout the entire process.

Not only were we picked up directly from the airport and shown properties that perfectly matched our preferences, but our real estate agent also took the time to introduce us to some of the most beautiful locations along the coast between Budva and Tivat. This made the entire experience both enjoyable and informative.

In addition, we were offered VIP membership benefits, which include numerous advantages at restaurants, as well as access to full-service support such as property rental management, renovation assistance, and legal support.

Of course, these additional services come at an extra cost, but the great advantage is the ability to receive everything from one trusted provider.

Overall, CMM is truly a reputable and professional real estate agency that offers extensive support far beyond a standard property purchase.

We contacted CMM from Dubai to inquire about a particular listing and were pleasantly surprised to have Elly reach out and arrange a Zoom call in order to assess our requirements. She was so thorough, patient and responsive. We then met with the agent Bosko, who took us on a site tour, visiting properties for several days and learning about the culture and environment. We used CMM to find our property in Montenegro earlier this year and I cannot speak highly enough of them. We did our searching online here in the UK and had an initial call with Jovana at CMM. During this call we explained what we were looking for, our budget and proposed location, while Jovana explained more about the full suite of activity that CMM offered. Over the next months, after more online house hunting we selected our favourites from the comprehensive listings. I then booked myself a direct Ryanair flight to Podgorica. Uros from CMM collected me and we started viewings straight away.

During this time Uros took time to understand what it was that we, as a family were looking for. Over three days we had a very comprehensive view of the property market in Budva, Becici and Rafailovici. We saw many properties, including new developments. We decided on a new development. Uros and CMM helped us through the purchase process with the vendor, including translating the contract, again taking time to understand our wishes. CMM were very helpful and approachable – they have a big office building in Budva which I was able to visit and spent time in meeting different contacts in CMM.

We have upmost confidence in the people at CMM, and CMM as a company. There was no pushiness, no hard sell, and we are very happy with both our purchase and the ongoing support.

I had a great experience with CMM Agency, and Melisa in particular. What could have been a very stressful trip on my own turned into a very smooth and enjoyable experience. I came to Montenegro by myself to explore the possibility of relocating with my family from the UK, and I needed to see different areas, schools, and properties.

Melisa met me at the airport, drove me to my accommodation, and over the next few days showed me so much of Montenegro. We visited different towns, neighbourhoods and properties, and everything was done in a very relaxed and thoughtful way.

I have to highlight what has been, by far, the most professional approach I’ve encountered among all the agencies I’ve worked with, thanks specifically to Aleksandar from CMM. He changed our entire perception and experience with agencies through his kindness, professionalism, and dedication in the process of selling our apartment.

In period May-August 2022 we sold our flats in St-Petersburg Russia and  have bought two  ones here in Montenegro, Becici. We decided to move here and make new home and business with my husband. Our agent Milica Zugic  is really became our angel - provider here in Montenegro. She is very reliable, responsible , professional  employee of CMM Budva department. She has developed intuition and found very fast necessary properties which we needed. Also she helped us to speed up the process of registration documents in MUP.( list nepokretnosti, etc).
